Yes, you will pay more than the cash price of the container by spreading your payments over a period of time. By obtaining the containers at a low monthly payment, you are able to keep more cash in your business to use as needed for growth and stability.
The first payment and security deposit are due before delivery of your containers. Lead times vary by manufacturer and range from one week to a month.
You may customize the container in any manner to match your brand, I.E. stickers, paint, signs etc., so long as the modifications do not permanently alter or decrease the value of the container.
You have the option to terminate the lease at 36, 48, or 60 months. Simply provide a 30 day written notice expressing intent to cancel the lease, and we will pick up the container. A pick-up fee may apply; however, this is still a much better option than traditional financing where you would not be able to terminate your obligation.
No, as this is a lease, the monthly payments are rent. You are paying for the use of the container during the lease term.
We have a strong working relationship with several manufacturers including but not limited to: Gregory Container, Warrior Container, Fitzgerald, Mac Corp, American Made Dumpsters, etc. We are even listed as a wholesaler for WasteQuip. However, we will work with any manufacturer of your choosing, even if they are not listed here.
We can work with you to facilitate necessary repairs; however, you are responsible for all repair costs.
